Coaching is a great way of being involved in basketball, whether you have stopped playing, coaching your son or daughter in a local Aussie Hoops program, getting involved with a team at your club or association, or taking the next step in your coaching career.

In April/May 2019 Regional Academy are offering two coaching courses designed to assist new domestic coaches through to those coaching junior representative basketball.

Both courses will be run by Scott Christiansen.

Scott is a highly respected coach with 20+ years coaching for Basketball Victoria’s State Level programs, Championship winning coach in SEABL and is currently the Frankston Blues Boys Coordinator.

Scott has previously coached some of Basketball Victoria’s highest success stories that went onto the NBA such as Matthew Delladova and Andrew Bogut and more recently Frankston Blues junior Ryan Broekhoff
