‘Powerade’ BLUES WOMEN TO TAKE ON LADY BRAVES

The ‘Powerade’ Frankston Blues Women are heading north this Thursday night to take on the Bendigo Braves, after last weekend claiming their first win of the season over Geelong Supercats.

Lead by Steph Reid (18 pts, 6 reb, 7 ast) the Women worked their back into the game after being down as much as 13 points, but it was Taylor Lee’s dagger that gave the Blues the lead.

Bendigo Braves, currently sit 4-0, after last weekend defeating Kilsyth Cobras by 6 points.

They are lead by Gabe Richards (15 ppg, 13 ppg) and Kelly Wilson (21 ppg, 10 apg).

Watch out for the Reid/K. Wilson match up.

The Powerade Blues Women take on the Bendigo Braves in round 3 part 2 of the 2019 NBL1 season at away this Thursday, 18 April 2019 as part of a double-header with the men.
