The Frankston Blues are on a four-game win streak after defeating the Albury Wodonga Bandits by 15-points.

The first quarter saw both teams exchange buckets with the Blues holding a two-point lead (26-24) as the game entered the second quarter.

It was a similar story in the second term with both teams struggling to push the margin out past five points as the lead continued to change throughout the quarter. The Blues Igor Hadziomerovic hit a jump shot in the final seconds to give Frankston a one point lead as the third quarter approached.

The game began to open up in the second half as Frankston asserted their power on the scoreboard finishing with a 25-point third term and a huge 41-point fourth quarter to get them home. The Bandits were slightly struggling to keep up shooting at 49 per cent from the field to the Blues 61 per cent.

Dan Trist recorded a 15 -point, 13-rebound double-double for the Blues while Torren Jones had a standout performance for the Bandits finishing up with a 26-point, 12-rebound double- double.
