BLUES WOMEN SET FOR DOUBLE HOME WEEKEND

‘Powerade’ Blues Women are set for a huge double home, double header this weekend taking on Melbourne Tigers Saturday night followed by Southern Sabres Sunday afternoon.

The Blues last week suffered an unfortunate lose last week to Albury Wodonga Bandits.

Still without the talents of Steph Reid, Head Coach Jess May will look to her youth to step up.

Melbourne Tigers (7-9) are lead Monique Conti (19.8 ppg , 3.5 apg) and Louella Tomlinson (16.5 pp, 10.6 rpg, 3.5 bpg).

The Southern Sabres (3-13) are lead by Rachel Jarry (19.2 ppg, 9rpg).

The Powerade Blues take on the Melbourne Tigers in part 1 of round 13 of the 2019 NBL1 season away this Saturday 6th July 2019 as part of a double-header with the men.
